Howdy! This section of my blog is dedicated to PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome.) I will be posting regularly on how, after pregnancy, my PCOS became a lot worse, and how this year, I aim to lose all the weight associated with it, and get on top of some of the symptoms. I will be talking about the actual condition itself, but mainly about the ways in which I’m tackling it-changing my diet to include no sugar, no carbs, and considerably less alcohol (note: I didn’t say NO alcohol-I have children…!)
I will be looking into various different lifestyles-Paleo, vegetarianism/veganism, loads of different forms of exercise, and write about what works, and what doesn’t. By the end of the year, I hope to be a PCOS weight loss success story-because there are very few of those on the internet!
